Do you ship Internationally?

Unfortunately at this time we only ship within the United States. As we continue to grow we hope to expand our reach!

When will my order be processed?

Orders are typically processed in 1-3 business days. If you have urgency please reach out to us and we will process as quickly as possible.

What shipping carriers do you use & how long are your processing and shipping timelines?

USPS is our main mail carrier.

We offer 3 tiers of shipping

  • Ground- Most affordable option. Typically takes 5 days from shipment to receive.
  • First Class- Typically takes 3 days from shipment to receive.
  • 2 Day Guaranteed- Takes 2 days from shipment to receive.

We process orders as quickly as possible, typically in 1-3 business days. Please factor this into the total time it takes to receive your package.

Due to the custom handmade nature of each Layer It piece, we are currently able to offer exchanges within 30 days of when your order was delivered. Your original shipping charges will be excluded from any store credit that is issued. All returns will be processed as store credit.

Do you offer a warranty?

There is a warranty within 30 days of your delivery date for damaged items. After 30 days, there is a repair fee. Warranty does not apply to sale items. To request a warranty repair or for more info, please email LayerItJewelry@gmail.com

Materials & Care

What is your jewelry made out of?

We currently offer several different metal options to fit different budgets and needs.

Our gold plated pieces are made with a layer of gold over brass and are nickel free.

Our gold filled pieces have a thick gold layer and are nickel free.

Our gold vermeil pieces have a sterling silver base and may contain traces of nickel.

How do I care for my jewelry?

We encourage you to remove your jewelry before showering, exercising, and swimming. 

Gold vermeil, gold Filled, & gold plated jewelry can tarnish when in contact with perfumes, lotions or hair products. Please avoid harsh chemicals such as bleach, oil, and strong jewelry cleaners as they can affect the finishing.

To help keep your jewelry looking beautiful, store it in a dust bag, sealed plastic bag, or dry cloth bag. We also include a jewelry cloth with every order. We recommend using it from time to time to keep your jewelry shiny & tarnish free!
