Return Policy – Layer It Jewelry

We want you to love your jewelry—but if something isn’t quite right, we’re here to help.

Returns & Refunds:

• We accept returns on most non-custom jewelry within 14 days of delivery.
• Items must be returned in like-new or lightly worn condition to be eligible for a refund.
• A shipping cost deduction will be applied to all refunds to cover return shipping and handling.

Custom-Created Items:

• All custom or personalized pieces are final sale and non-refundable, as they are specially made just for you.

How to Start a Return:

Please email us at layeritjewelry@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return, and we’ll walk you through the process.

We’re a small business with a big heart, and we truly appreciate your understanding and support!

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on mystery items or gift cards.
